CANCELLATIONS AND SUBSTITUTIONS:
If you need to cancel, you may do so for a full refund, less a $49.00 service charge until Friday, May 30, 2008. Attendees who register prior to or after the deadline date, who do not cancel in writing by the deadline date are liable for the pass cost and will be charged for the full registration fee. Sorry, refunds are not available for no-shows. If you are unable to attend the event, we recommend that you send a substitution in your place. Full payment of conference and tutorial registration fees must accompany your completed registration form. Checks, traveler’s checks, money orders, VISA, MasterCard and American Express are accepted for payment in U.S. funds only. International attendees may also pay via bank transfer. Sorry, Purchase Orders are not accepted for this event. To qualify for early registration discounts, registration form and payment must be received on or before the cut-off date.
